"disgusted with their policies" PayPal? Indian users also have some problems with PayPal now and also PayPal may suddenly freeze your account for no reason and you can do nothing! A genuine PTC site called upbux.com has to shut down due to a similar problem( atleast the site owner says so, but it has paid it's users without a complaint until it was closed).

Rest assured, PayPal will not be the driving force for us to shut down. There are many alternative solutions, and as long as they exist we will continue to find a way to pay our members. At worse, we will just start sending checks in the mail.
